Register or sign into myHealth Patient Portal (you can book appointments and access all your medical records from here)
After you download the AMH App, choose 'location' and click on ‘book appointment’. And then click on ‘new patient’ or existing patient’, to select your appointment date and time.
With this App, you can also view all your reports and prescriptions, any time.
